Jennifer Larson is a founder & CEO of multiple successful businesses and founded Vibrant Technologies in 1998 with private equity. Jennifer is active in non-profit autism advocacy and state/federal lobbying efforts.

Gary Crandall has years of experience in various roles in management and finance including 11 years as a Business Advisor and Chief Financial Officer for an informational computer brokerage organization, 10 years as the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer for a multi-billion cooperative lending organization and 20 years in various staff and middle management positions for a regionally based agricultural lending institution.

Mike Splittgerber, Small Wind Specialist
Mike Splittgerber heads up our small wind installation division, working with individual residential and agricultural property owners to off-set their power usage. With these ag/residential-sized turbines we provide turn-key siting, installation and ongoing maintenance.
